ACNE-PRONE SKIN

Ordinary acne refers to skin impurities that most often occur during puberty. Multiple comedonesComedones are a very high concentration of sebum in the pores of the skin, which clogs them. Sebum is a substance secreted by the sebaceous glands. Comedones can multiply on the skin, especially on the face and give it an impure skin appearance. If it happens that bacterias the comedones populate, they enflame and become acnes. or black heads and white heads form into papules, pustules, or nodules. This skin condition does also occur in adults.

Distinctions are made among the various forms of acne based on their severity:

• Acne comedonica:

• Acne conglobata:
  the most severe form of acne; increased incidence of all types of lesions, sometimes even fistulated, especially at the back and neck

There are also other special forms of acne:

• Acne inversa:
  slight acne conglobata, perifolliculitis, especially in the armpits and groin, and pilonidal cysts that lead overall to severe scarring
• Excoriated acne:
  mild acne that becomes inflamed by constant picking at the lesions

THE PRODUCTS

A deep cleansing with purifying cleansing milk, purifying lotion, and terra vita is the basis of the skin care programme. The day and night anti-blemish cream regulates sebum production and reduces the formation of pimples, effectively supplemented by the anti-inflammatory power of field pansies.

THE TREATMENTS

The classic prophylactic treatment of impurities (aestheticians must not deal with acne, only blemishes) regulates the production of sebum, reduces the existing sebum, and mattes the skin’s surface.
